Machine design enables high-speed production
The column mass is optimized to allow the movement of 63m/min (2480ipm) rapid feed rate with an acceleration of 1G. This feature, combined with a servo driven ATC, ensures a C-to-C time of 2.8 seconds (HMC400) / 2.9 seconds (HMC500) and a large reduction of non-cutting time.
